I acknowledge that any reservation for a visit implies the booking of a specialized guide. I agree to inform the museum at least 72 h in advance in case of cancellation or change of schedule. I understand that, without such a notification, the visit will be charged to me even if I can’t benefit from it. I also understand that visits are cancelled if I am over 30 minutes late, without prior warning.
